OKK is a small AI practice based in Pittsburgh and New York. We build systems for the repetitive work that keeps people from their best work.
We work at two scales: personal systems for individuals carrying complex responsibility, and shared systems that teams can understand, own, and improve together.
The work spans individual leaders, small businesses, teams, and larger organizational engagements. The common thread is specificity—we build for a particular problem, not a generic category of problems.

Every engagement starts with a specific problem. We don't sell a product category—we build for what's actually getting in the way.
We work alongside the people doing the work. Systems built in isolation tend to be resisted, misunderstood, or abandoned.
The measure of a successful engagement is how much less the team needs us afterward—not how much it depends on us continuing.
The systems we build are in service of human attention—protecting it, directing it, and making it possible to apply it to work that actually matters.
